We want your TinyTunes order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: £2.99
- FREE Standard Delivery on orders of £25 or more
- UK Express Delivery: £6.99
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.
European Delivery
- European Standard Delivery: £6.99
- FREE European delivery on orders of £38 or more
Estimated European delivery is 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weekends, bank holidays or busy periods.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. After notifying us, you'll have a further 14 days to send it back.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your music box arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Send your order number and, where helpful, photos or a short video showing the issue, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
