What is a TinyTunes music box?

TinyTunes music boxes are small, hand-cranked music boxes inspired by memorable songs, characters, stories and occasions. Just turn the handle and the melody starts playing. No batteries or charging needed.

How do the music boxes work?

Simply turn the handle at a steady pace to play the tune. The music box is completely mechanical, so you don't need batteries, cables or a charger.

What melody does each music box play?

Each design plays a different melody. Where we've confirmed the exact song, you'll find it listed on the product page.

We're checking each music box ourselves as our stock arrives, so some products may temporarily have a more general description of the tune until we've verified it.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery costs £2.99.

Orders of £25 or more qualify for FREE Standard UK delivery.

UK Express delivery is also available for £6.99.

European Standard Delivery costs £6.99, with free European delivery on orders of £38 or more.

You'll be able to see the available delivery options before completing your order at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We usually process orders within 1 to 2 working days.

Standard UK delivery normally takes around 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. These are estimated delivery times, so things can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods.

Estimated European delivery is 3–5 business days.

Where do you deliver?

TinyTunes delivers to the United Kingdom and Europe. European Standard Delivery costs £6.99, with free European delivery on orders of £38 or more. Estimated European delivery is 3–5 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. You'll then have another 14 days to send it back to us.

What if my music box arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us at hitinytunes@gmail.com and include your order number. If possible, send us a photo or short video showing the problem too.

We'll take a look and help get things sorted.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us at hitinytunes@gmail.com as soon as you can.

We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee that we'll be able to make changes once your order is already being processed.

Are TinyTunes music boxes good as gifts?

Yes! They're small, nostalgic and easy to gift, whether you're buying for a birthday, a family member, a fan of a particular series or just someone you think would love one.

Do you offer gift messages?

We don't currently offer personalised gift messages, but it's something we'd like to introduce in the future.

Will you be adding more designs?

Definitely. We're always looking for new designs and melodies to add to TinyTunes, so you can expect the collection to grow over time.
